No Time to Lose presented at national conference in Canada
The IOSH No Time to Lose campaign was presented in depth last week at the 2018 Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE) Professional Development Conference at Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
IOSH Past President Graham Parker and Vice-President Bridget Gilmour attended the event, from 16-19 September, and presented for over an hour on all phases of the No Time to Lose campaign, its aims, strategies and impact to date.
This annual conference and trade show brings together safety professionals from across North America and beyond. The conference organiser CSSE took the opportunity to announce in a keynote at the event their intention to support No Time to Lose.
“The presentation went down really well,” said Graham Parker, “and a lot of the senior CSSE leadership team attended our session.”
IOSH Vice-President Bridget Gilmour said: “A number of people have spoken to me since and are very keen to continue conversations.”
Both Graham and Bridget are dedicated NTTL Ambassadors who champion support for this vital campaign across the UK and abroad. CSSE will join the over 250 organisations worldwide who support No Time to Lose.
