Graham Wailes - B&W.jpgGraham has enjoyed a career which has included time in Engineering, Production Management as well as Senior Internal and External Consulting Roles in the fields of HSEQ. Experienced with different sectors and used to working in all Global Regions he has worked with some of the very best achieving organisations as well as some at much earlier stages of maturity to great effect too.

Specializing in safety program effectiveness evaluation and improvement, Graham also has expertise in auditing, investigation processes, culture change interventions, developing organizational H&S competency in both line management and specialist function, risk assessment as well as building H&S components into governance processes.

Graham is skilled at supporting organizations in a wide range of safety-related improvement activities, evaluating their individual and collective effectiveness, and building a structured plan to deliver significant and sustainable improvements.

Graham has recently moved back to the UK and taken up this volunteering post to support the development of fellow professionals and practitioners motivated toward bringing about improvements in Health and Safety in the region. Graham is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH and has contributed to many projects and in different roles during his 20 years of membership.
