Park Health and Safety Partnership

As a company, Park Health has always championed the cause of occupational health as the 'silent H' in ‘Health and Safety’.

Having been involved in the creation and implementation of occupational health management systems for major projects such as the Channel Tunnel, Heathrow Terminal 5, London 2012 Olympic Delivery Authority, LLDC and Crossrail we have seen first hand how good occupational health management can change lives. We are therefore pleased to see that significant occupational health issues are higher up the OSH agenda than ever before.

We are supportive of any and all campaigns to highlight the need for ill health prevention and as such recognise that the No Time to Lose campaign, focusing on carcinogenic exposures as one of the more serious occupational health problems, is both timely and welcome.

"As the IOSH No Time to Lose campaign rightly highlights, occupational cancer is a very serious issue, claiming the lives of an estimated 8,000 people each year in Britain. More joint action is needed and everyone should play their role in raising awareness of occupational disease and ill health. I believe that by working together to address this problem, Britain’s workforce will enjoy a healthier and sustainable future."
