British Frozen Food Federation

The British Frozen Food Federation is delighted to register support for IOSH’s No Time to Lose campaign, aimed at raising awareness of the causes of occupational cancer.

With almost 14,000 new cases of cancer caused by work being registered each year in the UK, we feel that this is an issue that needs to be communicated to all employees in all businesses. This knowledge will help both employers and employees take care of their own well-being and increase awareness of the risks to themselves and others, reducing the health issues faced by workers worldwide.

BFFF membership represents the entire frozen food supply chain and we will be raising awareness of the campaign among our 320-member companies. We believe that by showing commitment to the campaign and encouraging the industry to get involved, we can help increase awareness and hopefully reduce the risks of occupational cancer.
